Replink is engineered around the pharma workflow from day one: HCP tiers (A/B/C), visit planning with route logic, GPS-verified check-ins, approved-content-only detailing, and sample audit trails. That means faster adoption from MRs, less customization cost, and no retrofitting a non-pharma tool to fit your industry's rules.

How long does implementation actually take?

Most Starter and Professional teams go live in 2 to 4 weeks. Enterprise rollouts with full integrations (CRM, ERP, HR, incentives) typically take 6 to 10 weeks depending on your IT side.

Our onboarding covers HCP database import, territory configuration, content library setup, admin training, and MR training. Enterprise plans include dedicated on-site or remote training sessions.

Is our HCP and prescription data secure?

Yes. Replink uses role-based access control, encrypted login, and secure cloud storage. Admins and MRs have separate permission layers, and every action is logged for audit purposes.

Enterprise customers receive a custom data security agreement, and we can support data residency requirements on request.

Does it work offline? Our reps visit areas with poor connectivity.

Yes. The MR mobile app is offline-capable — visits, check-ins, call reports, and detailing sessions all function without a live connection. Data syncs automatically the moment the device comes back online.

Can Replink integrate with the systems we already use?

Yes. Replink has an open API and pre-built connectors for CRM platforms, ERP systems, sample management, HR systems, and incentive calculation engines.

The Professional plan includes one API integration. Enterprise includes the full integration suite — so your existing data flows don't break, and Replink becomes the operational layer on top of what you already run.

How do you handle compliance and content approval?

The E-Detailing module enforces compliance by design. Only medically approved materials are accessible to MRs — outdated content is automatically restricted, and admins can deactivate or replace materials instantly across the entire field force.

Every detailing session is logged: which materials were shown, for how long, to which HCP. That gives brand managers and regulatory teams a full audit trail with zero manual reporting.

What if our team grows mid-contract?

You can scale up at any time. Adding MRs during a billing period is prorated. When you cross into the next tier — Starter to Professional at 21 MRs, or Professional to Enterprise at 81 MRs — you don't unlock new features (all plans include the full platform). What you gain is a better per-MR rate and a higher support tier. We'll move you over on your next renewal.

Can we run a pilot before committing to a full rollout?

Absolutely — and we actually recommend it. Most customers start with one district or therapeutic team on a short-term basis, then expand once the workflow and outcomes are proven internally.
